Time Flies

It does, isn't it? And, We had to mention it right? Vancouver 2010, Moments we will never forget. On February 12th, Team Bernard entered the BC Place Stadium along with 206 Canadians Athletes and it is at that moment Cheryl Bernard really acknowledged that it was true: she is an Olympian. On her book, "Between the Sheets: the Silver Lining", the Silver Medal Team, composed of Cori Bartel, Carolyn Darbyshire, Susan O’Connor and Cheryl Bernard shared their incredible experience.

Visit past entries to remember these Olympics games through pictures, articles, scores, videos and more. I do have some hidden goodies on my treasure box so, during the next 2 weeks, I am gonna add some of those, starting with some from the first match, against Team Switzerland, skipped by Myrjam Ott.

  1. I was just thinking today that it's hard to believe it's been 2 years already! I wish I had recorded the matches. It would be fun to go back and relive it a bit. Some great curling from Cheryl and the girls during those 2 weeks!

Here's a fabulous Calgary Herald article by Cheryl's friend and reporter Al Cameron about those Olympics...so very very proud of Cheryl's comments.
Jen Jones said it all at the end of that article
“They did Canada proud . . . they should hold their heads up high.”
