News Update

September already! The new season is about to start. In fact, Team Bernard confirmed their participation to the 2010 Vernon Twin Anchors Invitational, which is a World Tour Event and started in 2004. This tournament starts on September 30th. For those who just joined the curling world following “Team Bernard effect”, it is a round robin tournament and it usually includes several teams from other countries. Very exciting!

Team Bernard won the first 2 editions. In 2004, Cheryl and Susan were teaming up with Jody Mcnabb and Karen Russ. Then, the following year, Team Bernard has we know it today won again. Last season, they made it to the final.

Prior to this tournament, Team Bernard will probably participate to the Edmonton shoot out in 2 weeks. They had a very good result last year and made it to the final.

On an unrelated curling event, a reminder that it is going to be the terry fox run later this month (on Sunday September 19th) and Cheryl had promoted the event earlier this summer. The video can be found here.
